Initiate Your Request

Log into your DesiQlo account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in its original condition during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
